Lighting Installation
Residential – Commercial – Build Outs
Lighting products may look similar, but they have their own differences. They may look similar from a distance, but on closer observation, they are different from each other. Depending on the specifications of their products, they can be different lights, which can be implemented in a residential or commercial complex.
Commercial lighting refers to the application of lighting systems and techniques in environments intended for commercial and business activities.
These environments can include stores, offices, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls and any other space where commercial transactions or business-related activities take place.
Commercial lighting not only serves a practical function by providing adequate visibility for carrying out daily activities, but also plays an essential role in presenting products, creating ambiance, influencing customer behavior, and enhancing the overall experience of customers and employees.
In commercial lighting, we seek to find the balance between energy efficiency, aesthetics and functionality to achieve optimal results that drive success and satisfaction in the retail environment.
Miami Accent Lighting
For accent lighting to work effectively it must have at least 3 times more intensity than the general light or any type of light that accompanies it, this will highlight the area or architecture targeted, so that they are the center of attention.
It can be used both indoors and outdoors, with natural and artificial lights. Thanks to the advance in LED lighting technology, it is possible to create accent lighting in a variety of colors and intensities that can be constantly regulated by means of intelligent self-regulating bulbs and spotlights.
Miami Control Dimmers
Traditional dimmer: traditional dimmers reduce the voltage so that the intensity with which the light shines is higher or lower depending on the user’s appetite.
LED dimmer: LEDs are very sensitive to changes in current intensity, so it is possible to modulate the brightness of the LED without affecting the current. With this type of light much more electrical energy is saved than with traditional bulbs or spotlights, it is the most modern and advanced option that exists, and therefore, the most recommendable. But, if you do not have LED bulbs installed at home, you should change the installation of these bulbs and replace them with LED bulbs.

Miami Outdoor Lighting
This is why outdoor electrical installations are usually so robust, since their components must have additional levels of protection (such as IP and IK, which we will explain later). These protections offer greater durability for outdoor areas where not only weathering can degrade the material, but also different types of mechanical impacts.
It would be a serious mistake to use in an outdoor electrical installation elements and materials that are designed only for use and applications in indoor environments, where generally there is no demanding factor.

The fundamental component of an LED light is the semiconductor diode. A diode is a junction of two semiconductor materials, one with an excess of electrons (N-type) and the other with a deficiency of electrons (P-type). When an electric current is applied across this junction, the N-type electrons move into the P-type region, where they recombine with the “gaps” (electron deficiencies). This recombination process releases energy in the form of photons of light.
